William Connor, 85 of Scranton, died Monday at home. His wife, Anita Lentini Connor, passed away in 1993. Born in Scranton, son of the late William and Kathryn Kylie Connor, he was a graduate of West Scranton High School and a United States Air Force veteran. He was employed by Bell Telephone for nearly 30 years before his retire- ment. He is survived by his daughter Christina Rizzo and her husband James, and his son William Connor and his wife Thelma. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren William Connor, Kevin Connor, Jenna Rizzo, and Marykatherine Connor. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10am in St. Ann's Basilica. Interment, St. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Scranton. Friends may call Monday from 4-7pm at the Thomas J Hughes FH Inc, 1240 St. Ann’s Street, Scranton.
