Robert Christiano 69 of South Scranton, passed away on 9-7-26 at Geisinger CMC Hospital. Born in West Scranton, son of the late Nicholas and Mary Agnes Johnson Christiano. He was preceded in death by three siblings, sister Angelina Christiano Slugg, Nicholas Christiano Jr. and Christopher Christiano Sr. Surviving are a daughter, Jenelle Cooper and husband, Gary, five grandchildren, Josh, James, Jessica Miller-Vitale, Julia James and Tatum Miller, six great grandchildren, Renee, Brandon, Remy, Rosalie, Zoei and Lilith, and his siblings, three sisters, Margaret (Peggy) Gilgallon of Taylor, PA., Bernadette Stravinsky and husband Tony of Scranton, Frances Clark of Scranton, his brother Arthur Christiano Sr. of Clarks Summit, PA., 26 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, many great great nieces and nephews and several cousins and friends whom he considered family. Friends and family may call from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Friday, 9-11-2026 in the Thomas J. Hughes Funeral Home, 1240 St. Ann’s Street, Scranton.
