on Friday, March 28th at Geisinger Hospital. In addition to her parents,
Promise leaves to cherish her memories, brother, Jasir Roberts;
grandparents, Erica Jefferson
Jackie and Nathaniel Cherry; aunts,
Takese Thomas, Alexis Jefferson
and Breanna Jefferson; uncles, Nathaniel Cherry Jr, Pierre,
Zachary and Ryan Cherry; great aunts, Nashalla and Kafayn Jefferson, Sandra Small, Becky Artis, and Tina Mayo; great uncle, Quincey Mayo; great-grand-
mother, Lela Cherry; great uncles, Melvin Jefferson III and Ricky Jefferson; cousins, Nasir and Parish
Cherry and Tyliah Thomas; and great cousin, Naszaea Jefferson; and a host of other cousins and family. Promise was preceded in death by great-grandparents,
Brenda and Melvin Jefferson, and Bettie Allen and Jack Small Jr; uncles Rasir and Ethan Cherry;
aunt, Malane Cherry; great uncle, Sylvester Moore; and aunt, Veronica Cherry. The family would like to thank Forren Gilbride for her care.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:30am in the Thomas J Hughes Funeral Home Inc, 1240 St. Ann St, Scranton. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery.
