I worked with Maura as a Chemical Dependency Technician at Just Believe Recovery in Carbondale and she assisted with training me and she was very warming and caring and she was very encouraging learn from. I will miss her good spirit the positive energy she carried through her smile. Sending love and prayers.

I worked with Maura, we started at Metro together. She brought joy to my day when we were in the office together. She was sweet, funny, smart and kind and I will miss her tremendously. Although I am saddened by this loss I am grateful for the time we shared and the memories that will carry forward. I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Maura's family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time. Maura will be greatly missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.

Oh my stars... Maura was a complete goofball but also really great with calling me out on my stuff. We were coworkers years ago, spent much time in Omaha, Nebraska with her. She became like an older sister taking care of me. She will be so incredibly missed, my heart is with you all.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Maura’s passing. Her light and beautiful soul will never be dimmed. My wife Dina lost her fight with addiction on 9/1/25. Her story very much parallels Maura’s she was 38. Although the sadness is overwhelming at times I know deep down she is free from pain and struggle and in a beautiful place with everything she loves. I pray that you know that Maura is also in that place. 🤍💫💔
