
Matthew Bagasevich, 26, of Scranton, died Tuesday at home.
Born in Scranton, son of James and Bernice Case Bagasevich, he was a graduate of Scranton High School and attended the University of Scranton. Matthew was an employee of Schiff's and a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 12572, where he held many titles, including Grand Knight. He was a kind and caring young man, who enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Also surviving are his five sisters, Heather, Kimberly, Pauline, Michele and husband, Bryan Gaughan, and Rebecca; brother, Jacob; aunt, Barbara Case; nieces, nephews and his cats, Snickers and Twix.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10am in St. Ann's Basilica. Interment, Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton. Friends may call Monday from 6-8pm in the Thomas J Hughes Funeral Home Inc, 1240 St. Ann St.
