Mary Fitch, 64, of Scranton, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday due to colorectal cancer. Her husband is Gerald Fitch. Born in Scranton, daughter of Ann Weiss Bogaski and the late Joseph Bogaski, she was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and worked in the health care industry. She enjoyed watching football, playing computer games and going for walks. Also surviving are her sons, Michael Simonson, and Brian Simonson and wife, Sarah; grandchildren, Reese, Scotlynn, Sally and Brecken Simonson; siblings, Barbara Marshalek and husband, Gary, Jane Reese, Carol Deininger and Walter Bogaski. Also many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Monday at noon in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton. Arrangements by McGoff-Hughes Funeral Home Inc, 1401 Capouse Ave., Scranton, PA 18509.
