
Joseph Angerson, 67, of Taylor, died Monday at Aventura at Creekside in Carbondale. He was the husband of the late Maureen Angerson.
Born in Dunmore, son of Joseph and Marjorie McLaughlin Angerson, he was a graduate of Dunmore High School and worked for many years as a taxi driver. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at the American Legion in Taylor, playing golf, and participating in bowling and pool leagues.
Surviving are his son, Michael; brothers, Bruce and Bob; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Thomas J. Hughes Funeral Home Inc., 1240 St. Ann's St., Scranton.
