John Royce III, 70, of Scranton, passed away Monday at home. Born in Scranton, son of the late John and Delores Williams Royce, he was a graduate of West Scranton High School and employed by Cadden Moving Company. He enjoyed traveling, playing pool, cooking, spending time with his daughter, siblings and friends. John is survived by his beloved daughter, Danielle Royce; and his sisters, Deanna, Sherry, Bonnie and Karen. John was predeceased by his relatives, Debbie, Robbie, Gary and Randy. John was a truly great man whose impact will be forever felt by his family that loves him dearly. He was a selfless man whose passing left an unfillable gap in the hearts of his loved ones. His ability to make everyone laugh, support, forgive and love will be forever ingrained in all he knew. A private memorial service will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Thomas J.
