
Our beautiful Chris Hannon, 68, of Moosic, passed away Thursday at Community Medical Center.
Born in Pittston, son of Christopher "Hal" and Hilda Perfetto Hannon, he was a graduate of Riverside High School class of 1977. Chris was a free spirit, who loved his community of friends, and the simple joys in life. He loved music and riding his bike. Everyone loved him and he will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael, Ronald, Benjamin and Harold; and sister-in-law, Sharon.
He is survived by his loving sister, Maryanne and brother-in-law, Lou; and brothers, George and Joseph; and many nieces and nephews.
The family offers a special thank you to Dr. Cvorovic and his staff for their wonderful care, and also to Fr. David Cappelloni.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev Paul A. McDonnell on Thursday at 10am in Divine Mercy Parish, 312 Davis St., Scranton. Interment, St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston. Arrangements by Thomas J Hughes FH Inc., 1240 St. Ann St., Scranton.
