Charles Brandon Costanzo, 34, of Old Forge, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 11th, 2026.
Born on August 20th, 1991, in Scranton PA, he was the beloved son of Jacquelyn Lewis Wozniak and stepfather Max Wozniak; preceded in death by his father Charles A Costanzo.
Brandon will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, his unwavering love for his family, and the strength he showed throughout his life. Above all else, he was a devoted father who loved his son beyond measure and took great pride in being a dad. He had a way of making people feel cared for and loved, and those who knew him will remember his generosity, his loyalty, and the impact he had on their lives. Though he faced challenges that many never saw, he continued to move forward with courage and determination. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. His struggle is now over, and we find comfort in knowing he is at peace.

You will always be the brother I never had, my best friend, the one true person I could always call to be there for me. You never understand how much someone truly means to you until there gone, my only regret is that I had talked and seen you more in these more recent times. I love you B watch over all of us.
