Words will never relay my respect and admiration for Bob Buckley, I've worked with him for the last 11 years at Scranton Housing and I knew I could always depend on him following thru. He was kind to everyone around him and spoke in a manner that was trust worthy. Please accept my deepest regrets, our world was a better place with him in it.
