William J. 'Billy' Judge Jr, 56, Scranton died Sunday at home. His wife of eight years is Jacqueline Walsh JudgeBorn in Scranton, son of the late William and Lois Shea, he was a graduate of West Scranton High School Class of 1976. William was active with youth basketball at Holy Cross Hall, enjoyed his favorite hobby of collecting sports memorabilia with his sons Billy and Gavin, and was formerly employed by Lackawanna County. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle who will be deeply missedAlso surviving are two sons, William III, SC and Gavin, at home; two brothers, John 'Jack' Judge and wife Maureen, Scranton, and Michael Judge and wife Marcy, Clarks Summit; a sister, Lois Beseda, Clarks Summit; nieces, nephews, and cousins A service will be held Thursday at 8pm in the Thomas J Hughes Funeral Home, Inc 1240 St Ann St. Interment, private. Friends may call Thursday starting at 4pm
