Eleanor Miluski

January 18, 1943 to January 18, 2018

Eleanor Miluski, 92, a lifelong resident of West Scranton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday. She is now reunited with her husband, Henry Miluski, who died July 11, 1967.Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Koizen Stine, she was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church and the first graduating class of West Scranton High School. Prior to retirement, she was employed by The Topps Company and Saint Anns Credit Union. Eleanor was a member of the Sloan Senior Citizens and the Keyser Valley Senior Citizens. Eleanor was our family queen who was always the life of the party. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, the casinos, and the beach. Traveling was a favorite past time, one of her most treasured times was her trip to Lithuania with her brothers. Eleanor was a devoted mother and grandmother who had a passion for life. She cared deeply for her children and grandchildren who will continue her legacy of living life to the fullest. She will be truly missed.She was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Joseph Stine; and a son-in-law, Paul Mackin.The family would like to thank Dr. Eric Smith for his care and compassion provided to Eleanor.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 9:30am in SS Peter and Paul Church. Interment, Parish Cemetery, Taylor. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5pm at the Thomas J. Hughes Funeral Home, Inc., 1240 St. Ann St., Scranton.
